Excellent staff, especially the manager who was very helpful. The location is great, surrounded by beautiful gardens. You'll also find plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. Plus, it's conveniently close to both the ATL metro area and various attractions in Georgia. 🌿

The rate for this hotel was great. Also the location was very good, being located outside of Atlanta, but not to far from getting into downtown, etc.
Free wifi is needed in 2011!!!!!!!!!! I've statyed in nuerous hotels that are better that this one and free wifi is the norm.

The location is fantastic with a short walk to excellent restaurants and a shopping center with Publix and Target. I stayed for one night and would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to the United States.

The breakfast had a great selection of fresh and amazing food available. The hotel provided me with a neat room featuring an upgraded bathroom, full-sized bed, and movies. It was convenient that the hotel was only a 14-minute drive from the airport.

The room was updated and the facilities included a writing desk, an ergonomic chair, iron and ironing board. The location was best possible, so close to the ATL metro area, Duluth/ Norcross and several restaurants and easily accessible.

Smoke alarm went off in room twice because of steam from shower. Could have been avoided with adequate vent fan. Don't think front desk was aware of this problem until we called them.

The remodeling looks amazing. I have stayed here quite a few times. The front desk staff is great.. The housekeepers may need a refresher course on when to knock on doors, but other than that its always amazing. Good job guys.. See u next time lol
The housekeepers always and I do mean always knock on my door when I have a do not disturb sign.. I'm also almost always a stay over so the early knock isn't necessary..

Very professional and especially helpful staff
Well-kept and nice size rooms on the executive level. Good restaurant. A well-maintained and reasonably priced hotel, my first choice in Norcross.

The linens were soft and clean, but they were torn. The staff was friendly but not very helpful.
The hotel was undergoing renovations when we stayed there, so I hope most of the bad things we encountered were simply because we stayed there at a bad time. First, the things that were definitely just temporary renovation-related problems: there was near constant hammering, sawing, and scraping from 8:30am to ~5:00pm every day. Room availability was reduced because a large number of them were under construction. Next up, things that may be year-round issues: the AC was inadequate. The lowest interior temp we could get was 72°, as verified by a thermometer I keep on my backpack. Not a problem for some people, but one of our favorite things to do in a hotel room is make it all chilly and get under the covers. I know we're not alone in that. The room they initially gave us was missing the security hook on the inside of the door, and the hole where it used to be was crudely spackled over. We let the front desk know, and to their credit they switched us to a room down the hall. However, this room also had a cracked and broken (i.e. Useless) interior security hook. We dealt with it. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls; the showerhead was weak and shot water outside of the shower; there were broken tiles in the bathroom floor; the hot water took 2-3 minutes each morning to reach the shower; the TV stand and Do Not Disturb sign were sticky, like someone had spilled soda; the indoor pool was small; it's 2016 and they make you pay for wifi use after your 12-hours of free use expires; they charge extra for late check out. Just an all around poor experience.
